Attended an RC Lens football match and this place was ideal, just a short walk from the stadium. I appreciated the ample parking, which made getting around hassle-free. The room, while small, was clean enough for a comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the fresh breakfast options each morning. One highlight was the quick access to the Louvre-Lens, definitely worth walking to. The reception staff were quite friendly, although the lack of English-speaking options was a bit surprising.

As I was there to see RC Lens play football the location was absolutely perfect, being just the other side of the car park. It was also an excellent base for visiting the local battlefields at Vimy Ridge and Loos.

Fairly clean bathroom in the large and huge room. Very helpful staff and attention to detail. Location close to most restaurants and shops, Lens town centre and the train station and city centre on one side and the Louvre Lens museum on the other side.

The secure parking feature gave me peace of mind . The proximity to the town center made exploring local shops easy. I particularly enjoyed the 8-minute walk to the Louvre Lens.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

I booked for a party of 7 for France vs Wales at Stadium Bollaert on Sat 20th October. The hotel was competatively priced and ideally located very near to the stadium. The rooms were adequate for a short stay with minimum luggage. We were well looked after by the staff. Although we did not use the restaurant it looked impressive and up to its 3 star billing.
The beds were a little narrow in the twin rooms

It was easy to locate, and with me being English, I found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. The food was very good for an A-La-Carte menu, with a very wide selection.

Oh, where to start? The restaurant was never open in the evening, and jars of preserved food are not what i woudl expect. The room was small, and the thin walls. I almost considered giving a glowing review, but just couldn't!

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast! It was very close to everything. They also had parking but you did have to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and lovely.

secure parking features, close proximity to town center, ideal location for football matches
Rooms are small and lack essential amenities!!! Noise from nearby events can be disruptive!!! The cleaning standards need improvement, with some fresh sheets having hair on them!!!

Strong match for getting around the Lens area at great value. The free wifi was reliable and made planning my day easy. Bring your own snacks as there aren't many dinner options nearby.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with storing our bicycles.
Very cramped dorm like room. Easily the worst room we stayed at on our trip. Played very loud radio music in restaurant and did not appreciate being asked to turn it down and would not. So we did not eat dinner there and went somewhere else.

Car parking was excellent. Location for us was very good as it was half way between two intended locations . Breakfast was very good and service was efficient . Restaurant was closed on Saturday evening but a quick easy walk to Restaurant Le Cigalon which was very good .
